What is a "Jippy"?
A Jippy is a clickable image which takes you to another webpage. It's sort of a fortune-cookie, but without the fortune and with less cookie. In fact no one has ever found one single cookie-crumb after investigating a "jippy", so it's reasonable to say that it isn't a cookie either.
